Section 181

FORMAL AMENDMENTS OF WAR SERVICE ESTATES ACT 1942-1973

1. The following provisions are amended by omitting any number expressed in
words that is used to identify a section of that Act and substituting that
number expressed in figures:-

Sections 7 (1) (c), 11.

2. The following provisions are amended by omitting the words ''of this Act''
(wherever occurring):-

Sections 7 (1) (c), 11.

3. The following provision is amended by omitting the words ''the pay of the
Commonwealth'' and substituting the words ''the pay of Australia'':-

Section 4 (1) (definition of ''member'').

4. The following provisions are amended by omitting the words ''the
Commonwealth'' (wherever occurring) and substituting the word ''Australia'':-

Sections 4 (1) (definition of ''war service estate''), 8, 9, 10 (1), 12.
