DEFENCE FORCE RE-ORGANIZATION ACT 1975 No. 96 of 1975 - SECT 99
Functions of Department.
99. (1) Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (d) of
sub-section (1).
(2) Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (f) of
sub-section (1) and substituting the following paragraph:-
''(f) any matter incidental to a matter referred to in a preceding paragraph
of this sub-section.''.
