DEFENCE FORCE RE-ORGANIZATION ACT 1975 No. 96 of 1975 - SECT 79

79. Section 40 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted:- Definitions.
''40. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears-

'authorized person' means a person appointed by the Minister in writing to be
an authorized person for the purposes of this Part;

'determination' means a determination made under section 42A.''.
