DEFENCE FORCE RE-ORGANIZATION ACT 1975 No. 96 of 1975 - SECT 39
Supplying inferior food, material and equipment.
39. Section 73C of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words ''to the Commonwealth or any
officer of the Commonwealth''; and
(b) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''Any officer of the
Commonwealth'' and substituting the words ''Any person''.
