Citation. 
PART II-AMENDMENTS OF THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1973
3. (1) The Defence Act 1903-1973* is in this Part referred to as the Principal
Act.

(2) The Principal Act, as amended by this Part, may be cited as the Defence
Act 1903-1975.
