DEFENCE FORCE RE-ORGANIZATION ACT 1975 No. 96 of 1975 - SECT 17
Promotion of returned officers.
17. Section 20A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after the word
''officer'' (first occurring) the words ''of the Army''.
