DEFENCE FORCE RE-ORGANIZATION ACT 1975 No. 96 of 1975 - SECT 149

Return of member, family and household effects, &c., to place of enlistment.

149. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) and (2) the words ''Service Board''
(wherever occurring) and substituting the words ''chief of staff'';

(b) by omitting from sub-sections (1) and (2) the word ''Commonwealth'' and
substituting the words ''Defence Force''; and

(c) by omitting from sub-section (2) the words ''the Board'' (wherever
occurring) and substituting the words ''the appropriate chief of staff''.
