No. 34 of 1976 An Act to make Provision for and in relation to Increases in
Pensions payable to or in respect of former Members of the Defence Force.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits
(Pension Increases) Act 1976.*1*
