DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 33 of 1976 - SECT 9

Recipient member who becomes an eligible member.

9. Section 62 of the Principal Act is amended, by omitting from sub-section
(2) the word and figures ''sub-section 69 (1) (a)'' and substituting the word
and figures ''sub-section 69 (1A)''.
