DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 81 of 1973 - SECT 129

129. Subject to section 130, no pension benefit or other benefit under this
Act is capable of being assigned or charged or of passing by operation of law,
and any moneys payable by the Commonwealth on the death of a contributing
member are not liable to be applied or made available in payment of his debts
or liabilities.
