DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 81 of 1973 - SECT 11
Termination of appointments.
11. Where, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is desirable or
necessary to terminate the appointment of a member or of a deputy member, he
may terminate the appointment accordingly.
