DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS ACT 1973 No. 81 of 1973 - SECT 109

109. A member of a Tribunal may resign his office by writing under his hand
addressed to the Governor-General, but the resignation does not have effect
until it is accepted by the Governor-General.
