DEFENCE FORCE RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS ACT 1973 An Act to make provision
for and in relation to a Scheme for Retirement and Death Benefits for Members
of the Defence Force.

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits 
Act 1973 .*
