Defence Force (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 No. 153 of 1982 - SECT 97

97. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Part, prescribing matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
carrying out or giving effect to this Part.
