DEFENCE FORCE (HOME LOANS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 152 of 1991 - SECT 11
Subsidy period-widows and widowers
11. Section 24 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph
(a) of the definition of "prescribed member" in subsection (4) the following
paragraph:
"(aa) who is not an operational service member; and".
