DEFENCE FORCE (HOME LOANS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1990 No. 14 of 1991 - SECT 4
When do former members stop being eligible members?
4. An eligible person who is not a member stops being an eligible person at
the end of 2 years after the day on which his or her resignation, retirement
or discharge from the Defence Force took effect.
