DEFENCE FORCE (HOME LOANS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1990 No. 14 of 1991 - SECT 39

39. (1) The Secretary must, as soon as practicable after each30 June, prepare
and give to the Minister a report on the administration and operation of this
Act during the year that ended on that day.

(2) The Minister must cause a copy of each report to be laid before each House
of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the day on which
the Minister receives the report.
