DEFENCE FORCE (HOME LOANS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1990 No. 14 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Part 1 of this Act and Schedule 1 commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the remaining provisions of this Act (including
Schedule 2) commence on a day or days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If a provision referred to in subsection (2) does not commence under that
subsection before 15 May 1991, it commences on that day.
