DEFENCE FORCE (RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1977 No. 161 of 1977 - SECT 5
Payments to other ranks after 3 years and 6 years service for pension
5. Section 42A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(13) ''having been retired on the ground of invalidity or of physical or
mental incapacity to perform his duties'' and substituting ''his having become
entitled to invalidity benefit under the Defence Force Retirement and Death
Benefits Act 1973 ''.
