DEFENCE FORCE (RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1977 No. 161 of 1977 - SECT 39
Interpretation
39. Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(a) of the definition of ''period of previous contributory qualifying
service'' in sub-section (1) ''for pension'' and substituting ''in respect of
which, before that date, he had contributed, or was liable to contribute,''.
