DEFENCE FORCE (RETIREMENT AND DEATH BENEFITS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1977 No. 161 of 1977 - SECT 29

Power of authority to require persons to be medically examined, &c.

29. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (4)
''such later day as is determined by the Authority not being a day later
than'' after ''ends on''.
