DEFENCE FORCE (RETIREMENT AND DEATH
BENEFITS AMENDMENTS) ACT (No. 2) 1977
No. 161 of 1977 An Act to amend the
Defence Forces Retirement Benefits Act 1948 and the
Defence Force Retirement and Death Benefits Act 1973 and for related purposes.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Defence Force (Retirement and Death Benefits
Amendments) Act (No. 2) 1977.*1*
