DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 129 of 1992 - SECT 35

Entities to which this Part applies 
35. Section 78 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "expenditure" and substituting
"expenditure,";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (c) "or company group project scheme" and
        substituting ", joint venture project scheme, company group project
        scheme or individual project scheme".
