DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 129 of 1992 - SECT 29

Application for transfer of benefits of registration or certificate to parties to re-constituted joint venture 
29. Section 59 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding "and" at the end of paragraph (d);

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:

"(e) if the old joint venture project was part of a joint venture project
scheme-the new joint venture project is part of a joint venture project
scheme;".
