DEVELOPMENT ALLOWANCE AUTHORITY ACT 1992 No. 99 of 1992 - SECT 43

43.(1) The application must be in writing in the approved form.

(2) The application must contain such information as is required by the form
to be given.

(3) The application must be accompanied by a report.

(4) The report must be in writing in the approved form.

(5) The report is to be about:

   (a)  the expenditure and the project; and

   (b)  if the project is part of a joint venture project - the joint venture
        project; and

   (c)  if the project is part of a company group project scheme - the scheme;
        and

   (d)  such other matters as are specified in the form.
