Short title.
CRIMES (BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS) ACT 1976
No. 11 of 1977 An Act relating to the Prohibition of the Development,
Production and Stockpiling of certain Biological Agents and Toxins and of
Weapons for their Delivery.
BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Crimes (Biological Weapons) Act 1976.*1*
