CUSTOMS UNDERTAKINGS (PENALTIES) AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 177 of 1985 - SECT 4
Application
4. Notwithstanding the amendments of section 4 of the Principal Act made by
this Act, that section as in force immediately before the commencement of this
Act continues to apply in respect of Customs undertakings, within the meaning
of the Principal Act, given before that commencement.
