CUSTOMS TARIFF VALIDATION ACT 1975 No. 78 of 1975 - SECT 4

4. All duties of Customs demanded or collected, before the commencement of
this Act, pursuant to notices published in the Gazette in accordance with
section 273EA of the Customs Act 1901-1974 on any of the following dates shall
be deemed to have been lawfully imposed and lawfully demanded or collected:-
10 December 1974 16 December 1974 18 December 1974 23 December 1974
7 January 1975 14 January 1975 16 January 1975 24 January 1975 11 March 1975
26 March 1975 29 April 1975
6 May 1975.
