CUSTOMS TARIFF VALIDATION ACT 1973 No. 58 of 1973 - SECT 3

3. All duties of Customs demanded or collected (whether before or after the
commencement of this Act) on or before 31st December, 1973, pursuant to
Customs Tariff Proposals introduced into the House of Representatives on any
of the following dates shall be deemed to have been lawfully imposed and
lawfully demanded or collected:-

7th March, 1973
15th March, 1973
29th March, 1973
3rd May, 1973
22nd May, 1973.
