COMMONWEALTH TEACHING SERVICE AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 21 of 1988 - SECT 9

Right to re-enter Commonwealth Teaching Service by way of transfer or promotion

9. Section 43U of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (a) "and";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) "and"; and

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (1) (c).
