COPYRIGHT (WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION AMENDMENTS) ACT 1994 No. 149 of 1994 - SECT 11

Interpretation

11. Section 248A of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting "or" after "in Australia" in the definition of

"performance" in subsection (1);
(b) by omitting from subsection (1) the definition of "protection period" and
substituting:

" 'protection period', in relation to a performance, has the meaning given by
section 248CA;".
