Customs Tariff (Anti-Dumping) Miscellaneous Amendments Act 1984 No. 2 of 1984 - SECT 9

9. Section 22 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(4) the following sub-section:

''(4A) Where a matter of the kind referred to in paragraph 23 (5) (a) is
referred to the Commission for inquiry and report, the preceding provisions of
this section do not apply in relation to the performance by the Commission of
its functions in relation to that matter.''.
