CUSTOMS TARIFF (URANIUM CONCENTRATE EXPORT DUTY) AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 75 of 1989 - SECT 4

4. Notwithstanding the amendment made by this Act, the Principal Act as in
force immediately before the commencement of this Act continues to apply in
relation to:

   (a)  Alligator Rivers Region uranium concentrate loaded on to a vessel
        before the commencement of this Act for export from Australia; and

   (b)  Alligator Rivers Region uranium concentrate loaded on to a vessel
        after the commencement of this Act for export from Australia as part
        of a consignment of Alligator Rivers Region uranium concentrate for
        export from Australia the loading of which on to that vessel commenced
        before the commencement of this Act.
