CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1993 No. 99 of 1993 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 commence on the day on which this Act receives the
Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 3 to 10, subsection 12(2) and sections 13 to 17 and section 25
commence 14 days after this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(3) Section 11 commences on the day when section 4 of the Customs Legislation
Amendment Act 1993 commences.

(4) Subsection 12(1) and section 23 are taken to have commenced on 1 July
1993.

(5) Section 18 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1988.

(6) Section 19 is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1992.

(7) Section 20 is taken to have commenced on 13 October 1992.

(8) Section 21 is taken to have commenced on 1 March 1993.

(9) Section 22 is taken to have commenced on 10 March 1993.

(10) Section 24 is taken to have commenced on 5 July 1993.

(11) Section 26 is taken to have commenced on 7 January 1993.
