AMENDMENT HAVING EFFECT 7 DAYS AFTER ROYAL ASSENT Amendment of Schedule 3
After note 11 to Chapter 84 insert:

"12. In this Schedule, "of the track-laying type" means goods which move
over terrain on crawler tracks which, if removed, would render the
goods immobile.".
