AMENDMENT HAVING EFFECT FROM 1 JULY 1985 Amendment of Part I of Schedule 4
After item 24 insert:
  "25    Goods, as prescribed by by-law, for use in the

construction or modification of vessels that
are of a kind to which, if imported, 89.01.9,
          89.02.9 or 89.03.9 in Schedule 3 would apply  2%         PNG:2%".
