CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting after
the words ''Part III'' (wherever occurring) the words ''or Part V'':-

Sections 6 (6), 9 (1) (a) and (2) (a), 9A and 14 (5).
