AMENDMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL ACT HAVING EFFECT FROM
1 JANUARY 1975

AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 After item 38 insert the following item:-

     ''39        Parts, as prescribed by by-law, for
vehicles of a kind falling within
item 87.02 in Part II of Schedule 1,
being parts for use otherwise than
as original components in the
assembly or manufacture of such
                 vehicles                               Free         Free''.
