AMENDMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL ACT AS AMENDED BY SECTIONS 3 TO 33 (INCLUSIVE)

AMENDMENT OF PART II OF SCHEDULE 1

Omit paragraph 60.05.16, substitute the following paragraph:-

     ''60.05.16   - - Garments, as follows:-            34%, and     21%, and
   (a)  coats, jackets, blouses,
shirts, jumpers, cardigans, sweaters
and the like, not being garments
falling within a preceding paragraph
                 of this sub-item;                      $12 per kg   $12 per

kg''.

   (b)  other garments for women,
girls or infants, not being-

        (i)    dresses, tracksuits,
playsuits, rompersuits or the like;
or

        (ii)   goods falling within a
preceding paragraph of this sub-item
