CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 40 of 1976 - SECT 9
Amendments having effect from 17 December 1974.
9. (1) The Principal Act, as amended in accordance with sections 3 to 8
(inclusive) of this Act, is amended as set out in Schedule 7.
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into operation on 17 December
1974.
