CUSTOMS TARIFF AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 1) 1999 - SECT 4
Application
The amendments made by this Act apply in respect of goods:
- (a)
- that fall to a heading or subheading of Schedule 3, or an item of Schedule
4, to the Customs Tariff Act 1995 as amended by this Act; and
- (b)
- that are entered for home consumption on or after 1 July 1999.
