CUSTOMS TARIFF (ANTI-DUMPING) ACT 1975 No. 76 of 1975 - SECT 19

19. (1) The Minister may, by writing under his hand, delegate to a person,
either generally or otherwise all or any of his powers and functions under
this Act except his powers under sub-sections 8 (1), 8 (2), 8 (5), 9 (1), 9
(2), 9 (5), 10 (1), 10 (2), 10 (5), 11 (1), 11 (2) and 11 (5) and under
section 15.

(2) A delegate of the Minister is, in the exercise of his powers and the
performance of his functions under this Act, other than in his being
satisfied, or having an opinion, as to any matter, subject to the directions
of the Minister.
