CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 13 of 1992 - SECT 9

9. Section 126 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to an order if:

   (a)  it is an order made by consent; and

   (b)  the custodian entitled to child support concerned is not in receipt of
        an income tested pension, allowance or benefit.".
