CHILD SUPPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 138 of 1990 - SECT 15

15. Section 66M of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(3) the following subsections:

"(3A) An order for the maintenance of a child ceases to be in force on the
death of the person entitled to receive payments under the order.

"(3B) Subsection (3A) does not apply in relation to an order if:

   (a)  the order is expressed to continue in force after the death of the
        person first entitled to receive payments under the order; and

   (b)  the order specifies the person who is to receive the payments after
        that death.".
