COMMONWEALTH SERVICES DELIVERY AGENCY ACT 1997 No. 31 of 1997 - SECT 9

9 Ministerial directions about the performance of the Agency's functions


(1) The Minister may, by written notice given to the Chairman, give directions
to the Board about the performance of the Agency's functions.

(2) Particulars of any directions given by the Minister under this section in
a financial year must be included in the annual report for the Agency for that
year.

(3) The Board must ensure that a direction given under this section is
complied with.
