COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 84 of 1991 - SECT 36

36. (1) In this section:

"amended Act" means the Principal Act as amended by this Act.

(2) For the purposes of the amended Act, an application fee prescribed for the
purposes of a provision of section 23 of the Principal Act has effect as if it
had been prescribed for the purposes of the corresponding provision of section
23 of the amended Act.

(3) For the purposes of the amended Act, a form approved for the purposes of a
provision of section 23 of the Principal Act has effect as if it had been
approved for the purposes of the corresponding provision of section 23 of the
amended Act.
