COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 84 of 1991 - SECT 29

29. Section 32 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(2) the following subsection:

"(2A) If a person makes such a request, then, instead of providing a copy of
an entry to the person, the Secretary may, if the request is for the provision
of the copy in an electronic form, provide the information contained in the
entry:

   (a)  on a data processing device; or

   (b)  by way of electronic transmission.".
