COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 95 of 1989 - SECT 68
68. The Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following section:
Regulations
"10. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be
prescribed.".
