COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 95 of 1989 - SECT 49

49. Section 105AB of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1A) "for registration of the organisation";

   (b)  by omitting subsections (5) and (6) and substituting the following
        subsection:

"(5) An application may be made to the Tribunal for review of a decision of
the Minister under subsection 78 (4).".
