CHILD SUPPORT ACT 1988 No. 3 of 1988 - SECT 8

8. (1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth and of each of
the States, the Northern Territory and Norfolk Island.

(2) Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in right of the Commonwealth or of a
State, the Northern Territory or Norfolk Island liable to be prosecuted for an
offence.
